On Time On Budget Approach
HK commits to adhere to the proposed budget and timeline. In order to accomplish our commitment, HK intends to implement the following measures:
- Provide a precise proposal of what is and is not included in the project delivery. Additionally, the to-be-discussed items are clearly mentioned in the proposal.
- HK will work with client to determine the project milestones required to achieve a live system on the agreed date, and HK will provide regular status updates on progress towards the project milestones.
- Provide the design document including page flows, page contents, and data schema in Phase 1 of the delivery.
- HK will conduct weekly status meetings with the stakeholders to discuss the project progress and any issues. Action items will be created to mitigate the issues.
Risk mitigation is factored into HK’s Cost Proposal.
